The planning of the moulds begins once agreed with the customer the final shape of the item to be produced. This basic stage is supported by years of experience, tests and technologically advanced tools. Every working station is in fact endowed with a three - dimensional C.A.D. system and it is the core of the study of every new product too. The planning of every single mould part/element always guaranties to the customer the reproducibility of spare parts after several years. The basic materials, supplied by national and international leader companies, are selected thanks to a long acquired experience and to a continuous research. PRODUCTION OFFICE
Working Co-ordination Centre; it represents the meeting point of all information necessary for effective production. Endowed with CAD/CAM stations, here working days and the production cycles of every single machine are planned.
WORKSHOP
Our job is supported by more than 30 years of experience, by the presence of skilled personal and by efficient CNC machines. The planning of every single mould part/element always guaranties to the customer the reproducibility of spare parts after several years.
